Knife arrived a little later than expected, but due to the time of year it wasn’t a problem at all. However it was well worth the wait. Fantastic price & service for a nicely forged & unique item. Nicely finished & has a very good edge so can go to work straight away. Will definitely be buying more now I’ve seen how good they are.

Is a craft knife yes, rustic, but a strong and very sharp blade. The cable is very well made and the weight is ideal for working with meat thick. Much like knives and this surprised me. Thank you!
